What Can Be Returned
We accept returns or replacements only if:
The item was received damaged or defective
The wrong product was sent
You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
The item is unused, and in original packaging




What Cannot Be Returned:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
The product is used or opened
Any hygiene-related item (vibrators, lubes, innerwear, etc.)
If 48 hours have passed since delivery
This is to protect all our customers and ensure products are always fresh and safe.
Refund Process:
Once your return request is approved,
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy:
We will happily send a replacement if:
The product is faulty/damaged on arrival
If not, we will issue a refud.
