What Can Be Returned

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The item was received damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was sent

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, and in original packaging

What Cannot Be Returned:

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product is used or opened

  • Any hygiene-related item (vibrators, lubes, innerwear, etc.)

  • If 48 hours have passed since delivery
    This is to protect all our customers and ensure products are always fresh and safe.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return request is approved,

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

We will happily send a replacement if:

  • The product is faulty/damaged on arrival

If not, we will issue a refud.
